Can somebody help me?

Over 2 days ago I have purchased the Smugglers Lsb and Princess Lsb but recieved crystals instead. 

My previous posts  was overlooked since many other players had similar problems sorted out but my issue has not been resolved

So far no one from tech support has given me an answer. 

If EA or CG cant be bothered to assist me i will get a refund from my credit card. (IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 DAYS) 

This treatment i am experiencing is appaling,  your store is faulty and my patience is getting thin.
