Cannot collect complete all quest bonus.

I have tried twice with help to no avail. There have been now three times where if I complete and or don’t collect my daily quests 5 minutes before reset, I cannot collect the completed all daily tasks bonus.

I have been told this is a known bug that cannot be fixed. And I have also been told that everything should be in my inbox. All of the quests I complete are. But the extra crystals, zetas, and gear from the complete all tasks are never in there.
