Cannot connect my EA Account

I cannot connect my EA account, which is where I had backed up my account on. At first a friend had logged into my phone with their account and they said it didn’t let them unlink the Apple account nor the Apple Game Center account when he imported his ea account on my phone. I thought it was no big deal since he had done that before. So once he was done I went on mine and tried to import it but now I’m getting an error code 9 and it says to restart or contact tech support. And when I load it up it’s still on my friends account and when I click import my account is there as if I’m signed in.

I’ve restarted it multiple times. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded the game but nothing. I’ve tried another device and get the same error. 

Please help.
