Cannot Disable the Pop-up Accomplishment 'Bar'

Since the last big update for Year 9 'celebration' - an accomplishment bar constantly pops up like it used to for when you first started playing. There is no way to turn this off and no way to click on things it covers.

Yeah, those need to go away or at least an option to turn off. If I am farming mats I can't see how many, usually 0 or just 1, I get until it goes away. Most of the new changes are annoying but dank farrik I cannot stand these annoying popups.
