Can you try updating your country to Singapore?

yes right after i leave singapore and this happened. my region was always china hongkong never changed.

Did this start happening right after making the move? Have you updated the region on your EA account to match your new region?

my apology for the confuse, it appears i forgot to tapy some words, i mean with or without vpn it remains disconnected, as for the mobile and home network i just tried but it wont work. i honestly dont understand what caused this issue, as i said all of the members of my guild, their pc version works just fine, the only thing i did was moving to china from singapore and this happened.

Thank you for the response. Just so I understand correctly, are you saying with or without a VPN you cannot connect? Also, have you tried using different connections? Mobile and your home network connection.

thank you for your reply. but im afraid none of what you said works. i did use vpn a lot but  whether turn on or off effect it. also i tried to uninstall then install the eaapp and the game it just does not work. the other friends in the guild, they dont seem to have the same problem, they dont even have vpn unless the ea service went down. i also have another account,also swgoh, same problem, it seems my pc have some issues i just cant find out.

Hi there. Thanks for getting in touch. Do you happen to be using a VPN? If so, disable it and try again. If that doesn't help, try restarting your modem/router and PC. Let me know what happens.
