PC client Campaign Mod area empty?

From the PC client, I hop into the Campaign area, and then to the Mods area, and it comes up blank. See screenshot of what it looks like. I have to alt-F4 the game to exit as no input works. I tried the EA launcher repair option but to no avail. Short of reinstalling, any thoughts on a fix?
