How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Starting at 5:00 PM EDT I cannot login. I get an errorcode 3.0 Indicating " An error has occurred that requires restarting the game. I get the same code over and over again. I am going to miss out on double drops and TB rewards are going to be impacted. Please fix and give the community crystals to make up for the error.

Having the same issue. Extremely disappointed, I've sinked a few hundred dollars into this game and now it won't let me sign in either. Just started happening today. Hopefully this is fixed ASAP and compensated by cyrstals or at the very least an apology. I don't care about crystals that much, I just want to play the game. It is the only thing I do to decompress at the end of the day in between work and being a Dad.
