Cannot purchase Lightspeed bundle

Summarize your bug Purchase failed while trying to buy new lightspeed bundles. The bundles were then removed from the store. I believe the game assumes i have reached my 1 purchase per player limit, and has removed the bundles from the store. However, I never actually received the bundles since the purchase failed. I have credit in my apple account so IDK why this happened. the strange thing is that every 30 minutes the bundles show back up in the store, but when clicked on, an error message pops up. Please help.

UPDATE: Heres what worked for me.
I deleted and reinstalled the app.
After 30 mins the bundle popped up in the app again.
I clicked on the bundle again and hit purchase, again.
It asked if the purchase failed, and i clicked yes.
It asked it i wanted to remove the player from receiving the failed purchase, I clicked yes.
Then the bundle was back and able to be purchased like originally.
All in all it took about 4 hours from failed purchase to when It allowed me to remove the failed purchase.
