I have access to the beta now and I am unable to log in, I get to the yes link account part and when I click that I have linked my accound it just puts me back to the screen asking me to link my account. I have reached out to EA help and they told me to post here

I'm having the same problem. I've dealt with several EA chat people & they all tell me to go to EA Help IN GAME but it doesn't work. It's just a bot that doesn't respond. There is no contact us button like they tell me. I'm stuck in an endless loop where I can't get help and meanwhile I can't get to the webstore or even TRY to PC Client.
I will also say that the game just needs the option for us to unlink the EA Connect so that we can connect it again because there is apparently a bug and we all know CG doesn't fix bugs. Clearly a bug in how we are supposed to contact customer support. This is very frustrating.
I got a response from a person after a 3 day wait, now waiting on another response, pretty bad CS imo.
the issue, for me at least, is that I probably need to unlink the EA Connected but have no option to do so. EA support won't help. They tell me to use the contact us button IN GAME but that doesn't exist so I'm stuck. Meanwhile, I can't access the webstore nor can I even TRY the PC Client BETA

that's the problem. i'm not using that account. it doesn't exist. i had it merged with my main account. i only had that account made to access the webstore. now i can't access the webstore any longer NOR can i try the PC Client. anytime i get an EA person they send me a link to all the basic crap to try (all of which hasn't helped) then they disappear. how am i supposed to fix this?
