Can't access Fleet Commander Training: Grand Moff Tarkin Stage 4

I cannot access Fleet Commander Training: Grand Moff Tarkin Stage 4! I have 4 ships, but it says I have 2/3 and cannot start.

I also cannot select characters with the emperor's ability in the Event Empire Basic Training Event Tier 4. Please help!!

You’d have to unlock another non capital ship. From the looks of it you just started playing not too long ago. Blueprints are what’s needed to farm ships. (Tap any ship and see the bottom right hand corner to see what I’m talking about.) By collecting ship blueprints you can unlock and star up your ships.

The Emperor Basic Training should have been fixed in this week's patch. Is it still not working for you?

And as far as the Grand Moff Tarkin Stage 4 issue, can you provide a screenshot of the selection screen so I can see the issue? I believe you have to have a capital ship and enough dark side non-capital ships of the appropriate star level in order to begin.

I have 4 ships unlock, but can’t start due to the 2/3 ships available issue

Of the 4 ships you have, 2 are capital ships. So only the 2 non capital ships count towards the ships total. You’re gonna need another non capital ship unlocked first before you are allowed to battle. From my understanding at least.
