I cannot access Fleet Commander Training: Grand Moff Tarkin Stage 4! I have 4 ships, but it says I have 2/3 and cannot start.

- You’d have to unlock another non capital ship. From the looks of it you just started playing not too long ago. Blueprints are what’s needed to farm ships. (Tap any ship and see the bottom right hand corner to see what I’m talking about.) By collecting ship blueprints you can unlock and star up your ships.
