Can't buy the 500 crystal relic packs

Hello,&nbsp;as mentionned in the title, I can't see the 500 crystal relic packs in the shop on my account although everyone else seems to have it. Is there something to do in order to see those packs or is it a technical issue?&nbsp;Thank you in advance.&nbsp;

Some countries (like belgium) restrict these packs because they are considered gambling... Its a real struggle for us belgian players to keep up with this kind of stuff. They should be included in the webstore so atleast a VPN or something should be helpful.
