Can't claim final character quest for CX-2
I have 330 character shards, but it won't let me claim the character quest that require just 325.

I've got a few more shards and couldn't get the second reward. Ally code 894-361-397.
Just checking - how many Appo shards do you have?
And support has no clue...
Absurd. What else should I do with char shards but use them to upgrade the respective character? :)

It was finally fixed, at least for iOS. After forced client restart just minutes ago, I was able to claim CX-2 char rewards and even received 10 omicrons as compensation 👍
This was fixed for me after the client update yesterday.
