Can't enter Journey Guide Battles

Question

Recently started an alt account, and I can't enter Journey guide battles with it. Got all the reqs, but when I click on the Battle button in the journey overview screen, nothing happens. Tried this on both Android and the PC Client. I can enter Journey Guide battles on the same devices with my main account.

I seem to have found a solution, I was also stuck in the ships tutorial loop, once I unlocked mace windu that loop resolved and the tutorial for journey guide started and I was able to enter battles
