Can't get to other levels of Fleet Battles

Summarize your bug I can't tap the Fleet Battle level numbers to change what level of battles I'm viewing. I'm stuck on tier 4. I can get to the battle I want by going through the character's find shards button, but I can't get there through the Fleet Battles section.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Fleet Battles in the Ship area. Try to choose a different level or tier of battles. I tried both Regular and Hard.
