Got Charged for 2 LSBs but didnt get neither

I saw that there were multiple LSBs in the shop and the 2 that stood out to me were General Anakin Skywalker & Chewbacca. I bought both, but got the same notification that it was taking too long and there was no information. I got charged for both but didnt get neither.
