Cant join GAC, client keeps restarting Error code 9

Just like the title, I keep trying to join this next Grand Arena Championship starting in about 3 hours, and everytime I click "Sign Up" it forces a client restart and gives me Error Code: 9 or on an...

I was not able to join and have been locked out of this GAC. My in game name is prettyhatemachine and my ally code is 882-761-145.
Can you please assist me further as I am now missing out on significant rewards because of this.
