Cant launch game on Android 9

After updating to Android 9, I can't get into game and get stuck on loading screen. I tried reinstalling the game which worked for a couple minutes then a message popped up saying it has to restart. After that, stuck on loading screen again.

There was similar issues when Android 8 released so I'm guessing it's the same situation now.

Hi there,

We checked the game on Google Pixel 2 (Android 9 Pie) and we didn't encounter any issues.
Maybe try to reinstall the game again using a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection and see if you can at least get to the main screen to write down your Ally Code for us to check and see if we find anything.
