Cant link account - ErrorCode: 9.78

After new update game was stuck on black screen , on forum I read that re-installing fixes the problem. I did this and it fixed the problem but now I cannot link account. It just throws me into new account. When I try to connect with e-mail and ea app it gives this error message

    When heroes came across this error message in the past, logging out and back into the client and trying again in-game got rid of it. As you're on the EA app, could you try logging out and back in before trying again in-game?
