Can't log in using Google Play

Hello There!
I've recently gotten a new phone, however when i try logging into my old account using Google Play i continue getting the same error message: "Heroes is having trouble with Google Play services. Please try again."
This issue has persisted for the last 3 days. I switched from android to android and already tried most troubleshooting advices i found online such as deleting the Google Play and SWGOH Cache, redownloading the app etc. Does anyone have any solutions?
