Thanks for replying EA_UltraSlide.It seems the issue was resolved on CG's end and I can now log in. There was no error message, I was just stuck on loading screen for hours.Thankfully, it works now!

We can see that you have got them game open now. What was the issue you were facing? Was there any error given?

@notomuch are you still having trouble? Could you provide your ally code if you are still having trouble opening the game.

I am also having the same issue. Ally code 861-345-866. EA help couldn’t resolve the issue and said everting looks fine on the account.

Yeah I've tried restarting My phone and reinstalling the game multiple times! My ally code is 981-232-533

Mine too is locked up, except it's got the tutorial hand stuck over guilds and I'm at level 1.
