Hi MDFloyd,
When heroes encountered the error code: 9.78, logging out and back into the client and trying again in-game got rid of it.
- If you're playing on iOS, could you try logging out of the Game Center and back in before loading up the game again?
- For Android, try the same, just for the Google Play Store instead.
- For the EA app, just log out and back into the EA account on the EA app before trying again in-game
If that doesn't work out, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
If all else fails, our support team may be able to help. To reach them, open a support ticket from within the game using these steps. Keep a copy of your Ally Code / Player ID (for the account you're looking to restore) and share it with our support team to help speed things up.
