Can't login to my Account

Hey everyone,

A few days ago I lost connection to my account.

I presumed it was connected to my EA Account but i fear that i connected an older Account of mine which was saved on my mobile device, now I cannot access to it anymore.

Can anyone pls send help? 

Since I played almost ten years on this account it is very dear to me.
