can't login to Web Store

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? an iPhone and a Window Laptop
OS Version 16.7.2 and Windows 11 Home 23H2

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I can't login to SWGOH Web Store. I recently turned 18, and when signing into my EA account yesterday, it told me my account has been aged up and given adult permissions. I already tried contacting in-game support and they said to contact EA help but I couldn't figure out how to.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I think it's because my account was first a child account

    @qzjwgiez7oos Your account seems to be underage. Are you over 18? If yes, you need to ask EA Help to update the date of birth on your SWGOH account.

    I'm not underage, I recently turned 18. My account has my birthday and it even says I'm 18. If it says I'm not, that's an issue on your side. I can change my age because I am 18.
