Can't submit a support ticket, says email is invalid

Hi,

Yesterday I purchased the basic conquest pass via the webstore, which advertised 1000 coaxium. The pass has activated but the coaxium hasn't been delivered.

I go to your chatbot to submit a ticket, and it won't accept my email address as valid, the one I am currently logged into to make this post.

Further, your "getting help" article states that if the chatbot's suggested articles aren't of use, you can click "no, I need to talk to someone." This button does not appear to exist. 

I need assistance in submitting a support ticket to recieve the rewards I purchased please. I have my receipt.

    Thank you for the reply and the direction. Can you speak to why the support ticket system is seeing my email address as invalid? I triple checked it was the correct email.

    Unfortunately I can't, their system won't allow me to speak to anyone without a "valid" email
