Carbonite LSTs

Hello!

Today I wanted to use a carbonite LST on Padawan Sabine Wran for the Coven of Shadow event, but she's not included in that list, and in principle it can be used on any character. Why is that? But it's in the Aurodium LST and can be upgraded with it. Is this a bug?

There's usually a release date cut-off for generic LSTs. I.e. newer characters are not eligible for most (especially free) LSTs. I guess, Padawan Purple Hair is new enough that she's after the cut-off.
