Slice-a-bundle SCAM

I purchased a slice-a-bundle for relics materials for 23,99€ and never received what I paid for.
i received 2800 cristals which does not make up for the price I paid, and would like to get what I actually bought.
This is the second time this happens to me, last time all my requests had been ignored and I’m getting the feeling that I’m getting SCAMMED on purpose.
