I as well as another member of my guild made note of this happening again today.
It is not being dodged because the tenacity down sticks, but the target lock is not sticking.
- I can try with mine, but the battle is usually over before I need to call in a reinforcement.
- I see this all the time using this ship. By that I mean some effects land but not Target Lock.
Frustrating.
However I am preparing for yet more silence on this issue. - So I slowed it down and it does say dodged. So either it's doing 2 separate attacks for some reason or its some other bug, but I've seen it fairly often and it never evades tenacity down and inflicts target lock. It's always target lock that is evaded.
- It still doesn’t make sense. I think this should be acknowledged and or explained.
