Conquest plus pass extra pg attempt

Purchased conquest plus pass but my extra pg attempt is not active. It won't show up under events but it will show up under character shards if I tried to farm a pg character but when I enter the extra pg through that way I says that it requires conq plus pass which I clearly already have.  Ally code -  671-844-819
