Cere causing freeze on PC client.
All the options are still available but the characters were all frozen and no action could be taken. I lost this GAC by 18 banners... All because of this and looking into it seems to have be a thing...

Attaching this video of the bug, issue is PC client exclusive and is triggered by cere's special hitting a character in DI (first at 1:01 causing a stutter and 2nd at 2:11 causing the full freeze)
