I have an issue with my birthdate as well. My EA account is the correct birthdate but it states that my Galaxy of Heroes does not match. I don’t remember putting a birthday in Galaxy of Heroes. Why isn’t the EA birthdate the default for all EA games?
support did contact me back and said I need to submit an official document like a birth certificate to prove my age. I kind of find that a bit too much for an online game. I just want to be able to connect to the my account and I don’t see why it has to be like this.
a lot if people have a similar issue and EA should allow us to change the date in Galaxy of Heroes without submitting official / personal documents online.
