Changing time in the game

Dear all

I would like to request any help to help me to  change the time in my game. Since the last time changing in EU i used my 2 try to change my time but i made a misstake and now all is a mess :(

Support is extremly bad i have raised more than 10 case with support and each time they told me " please use the HELP button in the game to raise your ticket blablabla" but this is exactly what i did each time. i am about to become crazy

Please how can i get help to change the time in my game ?
