Character screen in mods view always scrolls to top

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Characters, select Mods, scroll down a bit, choose a character, back out and the Characters screen has scrolled all the way to the top

 When you go to Characters, select Mods, scroll down a bit, choose a character, and then back out the Characters screen has scrolled all the way to the top.  When you do the same thing in Gear view it remembers your place in the scroll of all your characters, it should do the same in Mods view as it is time consuming and inconvenient to keep having to scroll through characters when adjusting mods.
