Claiming shards from conquest in SWGOH

Hello,

I'm having a problem with the shards from conquest in SWGOH. For example I reached the 4th crate in the last conquest, yet I got 20 shards of Rey (dark vision). I made tickets from the game and the single answer I got is to share screenhots. Of what nobody was able to tell :))...

Anyone else had thist problem?
