Coaxium for lightspeed bundles purchased on first day still not received.

I purchased the R2D2 and Luke's Allies lightspeed bundles when they were first available and did not get coaxium for those purchases.  I chatted with EA support right away and then opened a ticket #195602338.  I didn't know to open a topic here.  They told me to wait and that they were fixing everyone's accounts.  Today, I got 2 in-game notices that I had been credited for missing coaxium but when I went to the store, I did not receive anything additional.  I think with the 2 lightspeed bundles and the conquest pass, I should have at least 6,000, but I'm just above 2,000.  Can you please help me?  My ally code is 548224219
