Coaxium Not Being Rewarded

So I have gone to the web store and made some purchases there, expecting to see Coaxium being added to my Loyalty Program. However, it has reached 10,000K -- where it's supposed to recycle and start over. It hasn't. And I haven't gotten any further Coaxium.

I put in a ticket "in game" about not receiving rewards, but I think they're confused. It's not technically an in-game reward. Technically, I have to go claim the Coaxium on the web site before getting the in-game rewards.

I'm hoping that there will be a fix for this, and we'll get the notification on the web store that we have Coaxium rewards waiting to be claimed.

    I should note that on the daily events or whatever, I'm able to get the 100 energy and it says that my Coaxium has been rewarded. It's just not refreshing.

    As far as I can tell, I've claimed everything. So it's not like there's a pending "claim" for a reward that hasn't been claimed yet.

    The coaxium rewards are still not working correct... I clicked on "help" in the game and they are still "working on it" and closed my ticket. They seem uninterested in hearing about it or fixing it currently. Hopefully it gets resolved soon! šŸ˜Š

      Are they working on it? I've been told the following:

      1. It's been fixed and that affected people will have their inventory adjusted and get an in-game notification.
      2. I need to log out of EA, log out of SWGOH, and reboot my phone/PC.
      3. Wait 24 hours
      4. Contact Google Play and request a refund
      5. That I need to update my Android
      6. Post a comment here

      None of which addresses the fact that it's on their website, and is completely independent of anything listed here. And I have no idea who to contact because the in-game help is only for the game itself, NOT for the website. And so far, I feel like I'm being ignored here on this channel.
