Starting on November 28th, my Coaxium has not reset after reach Parsec Level 10 (10,000 points). I am getting the purchases, but I'm not accruing the Coaxium reward points. With each new purchase made on the web store, I am not getting the loyalty rewards points like I should. I am providing multiple screen shots that document this.

Summarize your bug Beginning on 11/28 I purchased the following: General Skywalker lightspeed bundle, Raddus lightspeed bundle, Jawa merchant surge bundle, winter hoard of crystals, winter crystal coffer, two Kyrotech salvage packs, another winter hoard of crystals, general Syndula bundle, and a winter crystal treasury. Total Coaxium owed would be 69,400 and my Coaxium Heist Tracker has not refreshed after reaching 10 several times.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the webstore and look at my tracker not refreshing after every purchase.

Made another purchase this morning for the Jawa Lightspeed bundle to provide more information and proof that this bug IS NOT resolved and continues.
Is there any update because ive submitted problems and i havnt heard back at all. It says you can repeat it multiple times but it wont reset for me.
my coaxium track is not resetting and if there's a max on refreshes when will that end and the track reset or is it a life time limit?
No where does it say that there are a limited number of refreshes to Coaxium.
If there is a limit, when does that reset? At the end of the Coaxium Heist duration counter?
And what is this "magic number" of refreshes? 5 times? 10 times? If you're going to hit us with some un-advertised caveats, I need to see them somewhere.
Is this for real? That completely takes out the incentive to spend anymore on this game. My coaxium also hasn't reset in weeks.
Why is the maximum number of refreshes not communicated anywhere? And what is the number so I can keep this in mind next rotation?
You might want to check with Legal about having undocumented limits like that, people could reasonably claim you failed to deliver the product purchased as described. You probably need to add documentation of the limit to the places the rewards are described, and make good on purchases made before the limit was documented.
Same problem here. It is not acceptable to have undeclared limits when the reward is directly tied to spending money.
