Coaxium rewards not appearing in web store

Chatted support about this, and they said to post here, so here goes;

when I buy crystals in the web store, I’m also supposed to receive coaxium for the kessel run rewards. Well, yesterday, the coaxium was no longer being granted, so I couldn’t claim the kessel run rewards. I just bought more crystals today, and still no coaxium rewards. What might be going on?
