Coaxium? Yes, No?

I purchased the conquest pass on the SWGOH app with a Google Play gift card. That's just how I conduct any and all in-app purchases. However, I noticed there would be a coaxium reward on the webstore (at least 1000, I believe), but it's not showing the coaxium reward. Is this simply because I purchased in-app instead of the webstore? If so, I think That's quite disheartening, considering that people pay the same amount of money for rhe same item, yeah receive more or less rewards depending on where they make the same purchases. It would be nice if i could receive the coaxium on the webstore. I know the two digital entities are linked, but is it only one way in terms of receiving rewards?
