Coliseum missing rewards

Early on in coliseum there were three straight days where it didn’t give me my rewards at all despite me doing my battles and checking for them daily.     I wrote the help center in game and they basically told me to F off and closed the chat on me and I’ve written back several times since and they can’t or won’t tell me if I will be given those rewards     This time as their pitiful response
