Coliseum starting on tier 2 after refresh

Unlike every other daily refresh which started me back at tier 1, today I am forced to start on tier 2. As a result it is literally impossible to level up Luke more than I already have.

I think I may have figured it out based on this comment--this would make sense if each creature had an independent reward track which carried over each time they showed up. So the tracks do start over entirely each of the first four days because there are four tracks tied to each boss.
If walker is the first boss where you reach tier 2, then the next day it will reset to tier 1 as you hadn't reached tier 2 on Jotaz yet. As was true with each subsequent day until today--since walker was already at tier 2, I started there.

Were you to claim the rewards again that you had already claimed the first time? As far as I know, and for everyone I’ve seen, each reward is a one time thing and if you got to 2nd tier the first time, you will start again on tier 2

everything in the coliseum is one time reward except for the daily leaderboard era currency. you cant have anything for free lol... As Ahnald said... spend 400$ to get 960 era level currency. Clearly the best bang-for-buck ever

Every other day, after the reset, it would put me back at t1. And yes, I was able to claim the t1 rewards again each day, as I would have not been able to keep levelling up my character each day otherwise.
