Colonel Ward - Character quest problem

Dear Technical Team,

My Colonel Ward is 7*, as I won some shards via krystals. I made all character quest, but one is bugged.

Part 3 is comoleted, but I cannot redeem the reward. ( See attachment )

Can you fix this?
