Compensation for Episode Pass+ Error

Hi holotable friends,

I purchased the episode pass + to be able and unlock Adelphi Ranger to 7 Star by the end of his marquee week. However, I was screwed over by a technical error on CG’s side that prevented me from receiving the episode pass+ until today when the marquee event ended…. I was able to prove I bought the pass on day 1 and showed support the proof. They finally granted me the episode pass+ but I missed out on the entire week of higher tier event marquee farming. I asked if I could please be compensated with AT LEAST the character shards I missed out on (didn’t ask for zetas or era/relic mats that I also missed out on) and I’m told they are unable to give me the ~30 character shards I missed out on because they can’t provide event rewards like that and I would have needed to do the events to get them. BUT CG PREVENTED ME FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENTS BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR!!!! So now I’m just being punished for not being able to participate in the content that I paid real life money for? At the very least I feel like I should receive some compensation for the stress and inability to participate in the paid content I spent money on. Receiving the episode pass + a week later than when I purchased does not count as said compensation since I was negatively impacted over the marquee farming week until the error was fixed. This will probably be my last time spending real life money on this game if I’m being punished by CG for an error that occurred on their end that prevented me from participating in paid content. PLEASEEEEE at least find it in your heart CG to compensate me the crystals to buy the 5 pack Adelphi Ranger character shard bundle to make up for the ~30 character shards I missed out on due to an error y’all’s end.
