CG scamming me out of time and money

CG took my money for the episode pass + and didn’t give me access till after the marquee event week. I requested compensation for this by adding the 30 of the character shards I missed out on or 5999 crystals to buy the 5 pack character shards to somewhat make up for this error and Swgoh/EA support told me to get bent and spend more money if I want character shards. I’m requesting a refund right now and they told me to contact apple even tho I bought it through EA…. I will never spend another dime on this game if this is how the company treats its customers that are spending real money to support this game and access paid content. If there is any EA/CG person out there that has any kindness in their heart to help me get compensated for this error that happened on y’all’s end please reach out and let me know.
