Complete Silence on LSB Issue
Looking at the many posts on the technical support forum, it's apparent that a good number of players, including me, paid for different LSBs and didn't receive them, but were still charged for them. Some of us received crystals as compensation, but I, and I'm assuming others too, didn't receive that either, so that's $20+ (depending on the LSB) that's basically been stolen by CG/EA.
It's unacceptable for there to be complete silence from EA support on this issue. I want to issue a charge back on my credit card, but even though I have very probable cause, I know my account would still be banned without any investigation. Can we at the very least get a refund to our credit cards if you guys are not going to provide the LSB we purchased or anything else in compensation? Or even some sort of update on this issue at all?
