Conquest - Wrong Character Shards for Pass

Hello! I bought the Conquest Pass. For the paid rewards track, I was supposed to get the Stranger shards and Queen Amidala shards for the first two rewards, but I did not receive them. Instead, I received Maz shards and nothing, respectively.

I did not save a screenshot of the rewards.
