Conquest currency not received

For the past couple of conquests I have not received currency for achievements after getting to red crate earned status.  There has been no assistance through in game help as they have closed my tickets.  

The pre run screenshot shows 3 of 4 achievements 552 currency in sector 5 with 23 energy before the 10 Jango Boba win.

The post run screenshot shows 4 of 4 achievements still at 552 currency in sector 5 with 3 energy after the 10 Jango Boba win.

Why did I not get the 15 currency?
