Conquest Normal infinite "counter attack" to dot bug

Sector 4 node 19 with Barriss Offee, Visas Marr, Mara Jade, Darth Vader, and Starkiller.  I'm using the following Data Disks: Ability Fatigue x2, Ability Exhaust, Thermal Exhaust, Caustic Emissions x2, Honed Skills, and Voluntary Vanguard.

It takes a while for it to happen, but eventually she will attack and when a dot goes off she immediately attack the last target that attacked her.  It is worse if the character also counter attacks and causes a dot.  Given the appearance of what is happening it seems likely a reaction to Ability Fatigue.  A stack goes on after her attack and one drops off causing her to attack again.  Given there is eventually always a 2 new dots going on and 2 old dots dropping off she doesn't stop.  And if there is no longer a last target that hit her she just goes after a next.  The combat only stops when the time runs out.  This node is the first node this has happened on.  It hasn't happened with her in other locations and hasn't happened for me with any other counter attacks.  Maybe some team synergy that is causing it?
