This first one shows that I’ve clicked on it, and it looks like it is claimed  

But then I click on TIE/IN to check my shards, and there aren’t any

so I restart the game, and it shows unclaimed again:

Further update - it is not letting me collect rewards from any nodes past this. They show the same behavior - I click on them and it looks like they’ve been claimed, but they show as unclaimed again when I restart the game.
