Conquest Pass+ problem - charged but Conquest Pass is not active

Hi, I bought the Conquest Pass+ in the Android App. The transaction went through, I had been billed the money, got confirmation email from google but the Pass is not active on my account. Could you guys please take a look what can be done about it? It's my final run to unlock Ezra and every day counts for me.
